World Children’s Day and Child Rights Week-2025: Dialogue with the members of National Action and Coordinating Group against Violence against Women and Children (NACG) Bangladesh on Child Protection

NACG Bangladesh -Child Rights Week – 2025

INCIDIN Bangladesh on Behalf of NACG Bangladesh organized an online event marking World Children’s Day and Child Rights Weeks, emphasizing the need to ensure a safe digital space for children. Different members from NACG Bangladesh and extended groups along with youths attended the meeting and shared recommendations to strengthen awareness, legal enforcement, and online safety measures. Dr. Aminul Islam, member of PSC and ex national coordinator of SAIVAC Bangladesh, MoWCA was the chief guest of the event. The Event was held on 12 October 2025 on Zoom platform. Participants from different Organizations including Ms. Roksana Sultana, Executive Director, Breaking the Silence; Mr. Swapan Kumar Guha, ED, Rupantar; , Representative from BPF, ACD Rajshahi, SUF, Udayan Bangladesh Plan International Bangladesh, World Vision Bangladesh, Caritas Bangladesh, Action AID Bangladesh, CSA Network, ATSEC Bangladesh network and Youths from Satkhira, Bagerhat,  Dhaka College, City College, Tejgaon College, Tongi College, BRAC University, Islamic University, University of Dhaka attended the meeting. The Chair of NACG Bangladesh A.K.M. Masud Ali highlighted the contribution of Members of NACG Bangladesh’s  to protect children from all forms of violence.
